Project Overview:

Tom and Jen purchased this home with the specific intent of making it a vacation rental on Cedar Creek Lake.  The home is located on open water and the views and sunsets are breathtaking.  This client granted us creative freedom to transform a dated and tired home into an exciting vacation home with a modern vibe.

We designed from the floor up, replacing the old carpet in the master suite with luxury vinyl plank.  Updating the dated bathrooms by painting cabinetry and new granite countertops and light fixtures.  In the kitchen, porcelain tile plank bring the warmth of wood into the kitchen and balance the fireplace across the living room.

A custom sectional and modern chairs steal the show upon entering this lovely home.  Only to be outdone by the view of Cedar Creek Lake from the wall of windows.
